So what happens next?

We ask you to wear comfy clothes, bring a blanket, a journal to write insights, a water bottle and an eye pillow if you have one. You'll be greeted at the door of the space by Ben or Dingo, who will explain where you can get comfy on a mat with your blanket and make yourself a cosy little nest on the floor. The room will likely be arranged in a large circle of mats; We will be part of the circle or as close as possible.

Once we're all seated and comfortable, we'll share the deeper parts of the ceremony. We take the essential time to honour the country and the cultural aspects of the ceremony. We clarify our privilege and permission to share them. From there, we open the ceremony, where you are guided in some gentle breath practice and instruction and begin our ceremony.

You will be guided into a meditative state while immersed in a live ambient sound field to create personal intentions for your ceremony. We enjoy the cacao traditionally - small intentional sips. This whole process takes approx 45 minutes. The sound immersion begins as you lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and relax.

You will then be guided to explore and understand yourself through imagery and visualization. The sound and music are perfectly woven with this guided journey to take you deep into your inner imagination. This part of the sound and guided breath takes approx 45 minutes.

We then gently close the ceremony and, you will become seated. There is an opportunity to share insights and experiences. This is optional as you may feel like reflecting in quietude. We encourage you to connect with others.

Many people share feedback that it feels like they have been on a journey, and it can take some time to adjust to reality. We encourage you to take your time getting home and be alert when driving. The cacao has no side effects, nor the Sound immersion, but being in a deep state of relation and reflection can be disorienting for some.
